He is a licensed Investment Advisor of Securities Exchange Commission. He has almost ten years of banking experience in universal and investment banking.
He is a Graduate of University of Ghana Business School where he was awarded BSc. degree in Accounting. He later pursued MBA in Finance from Herriot-Watt University(Edinburg Business School, UK) where he specialized in Credit Risk and Financial Risk Management. Leonard worked with International Commercial Bank (ICB) now FBN Bank for five years in various capacities such as Credit Relationship Manager for both Corporate and Retail clients, Credit Analyst for both Corporate and Retail Clients.
Leonard is on record to have analyzed USD10.0 Million Loan facility, the largest exposure to a single individual borrower in ICB until the bank rebranded as FBN Bank.
Prior to ICB, he worked with Ghana Revenue Authority (VAT) Service and Star Oil Company.
Leonard also worked with Investment Advisory & Fund Management firms for almost five years. For the five years he worked in various capacities.
Leonard in his current role as the MD of Lemma Capital is leading the company to deliver value to both shareholders and stakeholders.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
