The terms of this contract are as follows Participants who require a visa for this trip will receive an invitation later from their lordship upon 70% payment of the total cost. Once the visa is approved, Participants will be required to pay the outstanding balance of 30% In the event that the applicant is denied a visa and hence cannot be at the event 50% of the conference amount paid will be retained and the rest refunded, as the Participant cannot be present at the conference. For awardees, who are denied visas for any reason, the award will still be presented in absentia and later delivered to their home country, however, an amount of 50% for the conference will be retained and the balance refunded. Kindly ensure you agree to the terms and conditions before you sign your initiations. NB: Kindly note that Tarragon Events and Concierge Services are just acting on behalf of the foreign company for this particular event, and is nowhere a travel agency or a partner with regards to other services pertaining to the client, other than the 2-day Events in the UK for 30th to 31st May 2022 I agree to all Terms & Conditions
